Hey there!

I'm Deborah, the proud owner of FitPro Solutions and the brains behind MTB FIT. For over two decades, I've been helping clients achieve their fitness goals through customized training and nutrition programs.

Throughout my journey, I've made it a point to constantly expand my knowledge in areas like nutrition, female performance, athletic conditioning, and injury prevention strategies. I must stay up-to-date to offer my clients the best possible guidance.

Beyond focusing on body composition changes and strength training, I've specialized in post-rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and core and balance programs. I'm passionate about addressing movement pattern dysfunctions and pain, as I believe it's essential to enhance your overall quality of life and help you reach your goals faster.

To back up my expertise, I've obtained certifications from esteemed organizations such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, and the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. On top of that, I hold a Fitness and Nutrition Professional Diploma from Penn Foster. My credentials include being a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and TRX Certified Coach. Oh, and I'm also well-versed in various levels of mat and reformer Pilates.

When I'm not busy helping clients, you'll often find me soaking up the great outdoors. During the warmer months, I'm all about mountain biking and camping. And when winter rolls around, I can't resist hitting the slopes for some skiing and snowshoeing adventures.
